How to deposit Fiat?

  • Go to the "Deposit Money" tab or click "Deposit" next to your Fiat balance in the "Trade" tab.

  • You will see the bank details to which you will need to initiate the transaction.

Currently, no third-party deposits are allowed. You can make a Fiat deposit only from your corporate bank account.

In case you need a proof of the deposit:

  • Go to the "Dashboard" tab and scroll down to see the "Ledger activities".

  • Choose the date of the deposit.

  • Export the record in CSV or PDF format.

Your bank might also be able to provide you with a bank statement for the transaction.

How to withdraw Fiat?

  • Go to the "Withdraw Money" tab or click "Withdraw" next to your Fiat balance in the "Trade" tab.

  • You will see a list of all your Fiat withdrawals. On the upper right-hand side, click on the "Create Withdrawal" button.

  • Fill in the fields with your bank information.

  • Click on the "Create Withdrawal" button.

Fiat withdrawals from your merchant account are possible only to a corporate bank account in the name of your company.

On that page, you will be able to select only a bank account that was already added to your account. To add a new one:

  • Go to the "Account Settings" tab and click on "Bank Account Detail".

  • Click on the "Add a bank account" button in the upper right corner.

  • Input the necessary details.

  • Click on the "Create Bank Account" button.

NB. All added bank accounts are subject to a review. Only upon approval, the specific bank account can be used.

Once you create a withdrawal, it will be visible in the "Withdraw Money" tab, and you will have the option to cancel it.

An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm the withdrawal. Once confirmed, you will not be able to cancel the transaction anymore.
