Bitpace sends all emails in seconds. In case you are unable to locate the email, check the most common reasons why this may happen:

1. It may be in the Spam or Junk folder

Check the Spam/Junk folder to see if you will be able to locate the email there.

If you find the email, make sure to define [email protected] and [email protected] as secure email addresses. You can add them as safe senders from "Settings".

2. Your own address may be forwarded to other e-mail servers
(Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.)

Check if your email is forwarded to other mail servers. If it is, please disable the forwarding rule from your Settings.

3. As the e-mail recipient, you may have BLACKLISTED the other party

This is a very common issue. Please whitelist [email protected] and [email protected] email addresses from your Email Settings.

4. Your inbox may be full,

You may clear some old or large emails from your mailboxes in order to enable new messages to be delivered.

5. There may be a synchronisation issue across the sessions

Check if the mobile version and the browser version of your email are synchronised.

You can synchronise them from Settings.
