Use the steps below to reset your password should you forget it or face difficulties logging into the Merchant Panel.
How to reset my password?
On the Log-in page click on "Forgot Password".
Enter your email address and click on "Reset Password"
3. Click on the "Rest Password" button in the email sent to you.
4. Enter a new password and confirm it.
Make sure to input a strong password to keep your data safe.
You can click on the "i" icon to see more details.
I still cannot change my password.
If you face any technical difficulties or are unable to complete the steps, contact an Admin User. They are able to assist you from within the Merchant Panel.
