Cryptocurrencies become more and more popular by the day and the adoption of crypto is spreading. This is why we allow you to select if you want your orders to be settled in Fiat or Crypto.

Which currencies are available as settlement currencies?

Currently, the available options are EUR, USD, USDT or USDC with more coming down the road.

What is a settlement currency?

Your users might make deposits to you in a number of different crypto assets. Those transactions are being settled in EUR by default.

The blockchain is faster than the banking system and you may want to keep your funds in stablecoins, not Fiat. It is easier and faster to deposit and withdraw crypto. This is why we offer you the option to choose if you want the assets that your users are transferring to you to be settled in EUR, USD, USDT or USDC.

Whichever you choose, this will be the balance that will be increased upon a deposit from a customer of yours.

How to choose a settlement currency?

We are ready to assist you at all times. When you want to change the settlement currencies in your account, feel free to contact us and we will help and advise accordingly.

Can I have more than one settlement currency?

Yes, all settlement currencies can be enabled at the same time for your merchant account.

Can I choose in what currency I want specific deposits (orders) to be settled?

Yes. You can select the settlement currency for a specific Fixed Deposit if you create the order from the "Recieve Payment" tab. Also, when creating a Dynamic Deposit wallet address for a specific user, you can pick a settlement currency from the "Recieve Deposit" tab.

We offer an "Auto Conversion" setting that plays the role of a global setting for all Fixed or Dynamic deposits. On that page, you'll be able to decide which Deposit type and which cryptocurrencies to settle in any of the enabled Settlement Currencies. You can select all of the deposits and currencies to be settled in the same currency or change every deposit type/currency separately.

Should you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us at [email protected].
